Summeya A

"I deeply believe, know and seen for myself that all youth at their true essence contain secrets, gems and beauty that is so uniquely quilted just for them to embrace and embody. To tap into that higher self however, is to heal, get to know oneself, grow, learn and most importantly love." â€‹

A published author at 14 with her book, Flaws Are The New Perfections, on self esteem and love for teens, where she shared her journey of getting bullied in school, being extremely insecure to then truly reconnecting with herself and healing. The book was translated in Arabic and sold out around the Middle East in stores such as Virgin Megastore and Jarir Bookstore. She launched her first clothing company at 14, Fools Paradise, with the intent of inspiring youth to tap into their creativity. Through that, she launched Saudi Arabia's first self-development summer camp with transformative responses from the youth who joined.

With her passion for helping youth tap into their higher potential, self-development, spirituality and healing, she has been creating content for the past 11 years on social media, sharing a lot of what she's learnt that has helped her grow into better versions of herself. With her tiktok at 116k followers, over 22.4M views and tons of heartfelt messages of feedback on what has helped the viewers, she felt there was a need for creating a space for these youth to connect further. This is where BaaCentric was formed, which now holds spaces both physically and virtually for youth to unite, grow, inspire, connect and heal together.

As a soon-to-be qualified psychotherapist, Summeya provides a safe, nurturing space where youth can feel supported, guided, and truly heard—all through the convenience of virtual calls. Combining her expertise in psychology and the principles of Islamic psychology, Summeya offers mentorship that feels like a trusted friend, sister, and coach. These sessions were born out of a heartfelt response to the overwhelming number of messages Summeya received from youth on social media, sharing their struggles and seeking advice. While meaningful, she realized that text alone could only go so far. Virtual calls offer a deeper, more personal way to connect, guide, and support you on your journey. A lot of us just need a support system. That is what she intends to offer with love. "This journey back Home, through healing, is not made to be one to do on your own.

Each virtual session is tailored to your unique needs, focusing on areas such as:

  • Cultivating self-awareness and self-reflection

  • Knowing your worth and building confidence as a female

  • Connecting to your purpose

  • Embracing practices and traditions that enhance overall well-being

  • Understanding why you don't feel loved or worthy of it

These may include creative expression, rewiring limiting beliefs, positive affirmations, healing through sound and poetry, healthy living by exploring your inner chef, and deepening your faith through the lens of love and compassion.
